Solar tracking system using photo-resistor and stepper motor

Abstract

This paper describes the use of Arduino microcontrollers, stepper motors and photoresistors, which are connected with the help of software into a functional unit for monitoring light sources. The task was realized in several ways with the help of a PC with a graphical interface in automatic mode, manual mode, and in fully autonomous mode. The model is assembled into a functional unit that can be applied to static and moving objects.
